At Selja Welfare Foundation, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Please read our refund policy carefully before submitting your application.

Application Fees

All application fees paid to Selja Welfare Foundation are non-refundable once the application has been submitted and payment has been processed. This applies to all award categories and nomination types.

Partial Payments

If you have made a partial payment and wish to cancel your application before completing the full payment, please contact us within 12hours of your initial payment. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue during payment that results in a duplicate charge, please contact us immediately at swfbtp@gmail.com with your transaction details. Duplicate charges will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Selja Welfare Foundation cancels an awards ceremony, registered participants will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future event, at their choice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please email us at swfbtp@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and application ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Payment transaction reference number

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
